I stayed there for a couple nights in '19. I found it overpriced and small. I didn't bring a girl back so can't tell you if it's girl friendly but I stayed in 2 other hotels with no problem so I'm assuming this is normal for Madrid. I won't rebook there as there are much better options found on Hotwire.

the answer is in their FAQ!
Nuestro horario es de 10.00 a 21.00 de L a Sabado. Los domingos alguno abrimos. Dentro de ese horario usted puede venir cuando quiera , pero SIEMPRE cita previa.
Our hours are from 10:00 to 21:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays some of us open. Within those hours you can come whenever you want, but ALWAYS make an appointment.

I suppose that this is not mean that you must booking a girl, but you need an appointment for check their line up.

Natural French simply means that the oral sex is BBBJ. She performs fellatio without a condom. To the end means you can come in her mouth. You are reading too much into it. All the well-known Madrid places are open during the day. Due to their ability to correspond on WhatsApp using English, this place is the easiest for English speakers to use. You will make an appointment to see a specific lady instead of having a line-up.
