I am thinking about visiting Madrid quite soon (in April as soon as some restrictions are lifted). I read that Vive is closed and I assume that most clubs are closed. How is the situation with Escorts? Are they working?

All the well-known Madrid places are open during the day. Due to their ability to correspond on WhatsApp using English, this place is the easiest for English speakers to use. You will make an appointment to see a specific lady instead of having a line-up.

Update, VPN works. Did have to purchase an VPN service and once connected to server in Spain everything is back to normal.

Here is who can enter Spain as of a couple of days ago, according to a CNN article.

"Who can go.

Travelers from the European Union, Australia, China, South Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, Singapore, Thailand and Uruguay are all allowed to enter Spain without having to undergo quarantine. However, arrivals from the UK are restricted until January 19,2021, except for Spanish nationals and legal residents of Spain.

Visitors from other countries are not permitted to enter, unless they gain special permission from the Spanish government."

Spain requires a negative PCR test 72 hours before entering the country and also you need to fill out the form on this site https://spth.gob.es/ or download the app Spain Travel Health-SPTH and get a QRcode.

Note that Barajas airport is temporarily closed due to heavy snow.

As far as the availability of commercial sex in Spain, yes it appears to continue to be widely available according to the three large Spanish advertising / review boards.

A lot of posters on ISG Europe threads are overly influenced by the German FKK and brothel system where the government grants a formal license to operate an establishment where commercial sex occurs, and can force a temporary closure of such an establishment.

Spain, like many countries where prostitution is "legal" (an overused term), simply doesn't outlaw a commercial sex transaction between consenting adults, choosing instead to make pimping and pandering illegal, and having broad authority to restrict commercial sex activities that are deemed a public nuisance. There is a slight exception to that principle in Catalonia, which grants a "sort of" brothel license to a few places under its hotel statutes, and these places have formal line-ups.

During the initial lock-down, many places in Spain the where commercial sex occurs voluntarily closed down under the "safer at home" government recommendations, but currently most of them are now actively advertising, and are presumably "open". But the formality of the transaction is, and always has been, a private transaction between you and the sex worker. That is an extraordinarily difficult transaction for the government to "shut down" during Covid restrictions. The same is true for most countries, including Canada, Portugal and the United Kingdom.

Long answer to a simple concept. If you can get to Spain, or are already a resident, yes you can find a hooker.
