Vive Madrid is located on Calle Marques de Viana. Easiest and cheapest way to reach it is by metro line 1. Disembark at Tetuan. Take exit towards Cakle Bravo Murillo. Berthold is correct about the prices but I would say that Vive is more like 70+girls and Factory Air is more like 15-25 girls. On the last three occasions I have visited Factory Air I haven't found a girl that suited me, so for me it feels like a hit and miss spot and a costly taxiride 50€ roundtrip from the citycenter.
