I was in Madrid a few days ago and went to two places:

Sujothai that despite the name has no asian women. Basically 3 colombians. It is a lousy deal! You can't choose the girl, you just get whoever is in the mood. I paid 170 euros and got a massage and a handjob. Rip off, you have been warned.

The first week of april i had to spend a night in Madrid as i had to wait 20 hours for my connecting flight back home to Santo Domingo.
I stayed at Hilton Airport Hotel and the cab ride to Factory Air was 10 euros each way.
In this club you will find round about 50 girls mostly from eastern european countries ( Rumania, Bulgaria, Russia...) but also alot of girls from (Brazil, Colombia, D.R.....)
Entrance is for free and a beer is for 10 euros.
At first the girls wanted 100 euros for 0,5 hour but quickly reduced that to 70 euros which is the going rate for 0,5 hour and 120 euros for 1 hour.
Took a seat ordered a beer and tried to sample the girls walking by. Do yourself a favor and avoid the pushy girls from Rumania, Russia...
If you want anything special anal, cim... just be up front and talk about that with the girls in order to avoid a disappointment later in the room.
In general the girls from Colombia, Brazil, D.R. were not pushy at all and most of them took their time for some small talk, and they did not ask for drinks all the time as the girls from Russia....

There are several places close to where you are going to stay. But there is a place called "Vive Madrid" which, although I have never been there, could be a good destination, as it has been receiving consistent good reviews in Spanish fora: http://maps.google.es/maps?q=vive+madrid

I guess it would be like 20 min. walking from your hotel but, as you can surely, it is close to a metro station.

I agree with Out For Flesh in this advise. However, please note that Vive Madrid is not open on Sundays. On Mondays it is open from 18:00 or 19:00 (I am not sure), but there are much more girls from 23:00.
