If people wish to communicate they will communicate. It just depends on how long it takes the Spanish to agree on the language used to communicate. I wouldn't give it long.

A sex worker can take out her own ad, but someone else can't place that ad for her. But she can contract with someone to help her with the ad.

That of course is a grey area when a lady works with a group of other women at the same place. Is she taking out her own ad, and delegating portions of the ad process to an assistant, while joining with other ladies to have commonality in the advertisements? Or is someone at the top of the "group" taking out ads for all of the ladies in a way that might violate the new law?

The answer seems to be that the groups are removing most explicit information, and in some situations the pricing.

There is no indication that the pricing or services have changed at all.

And this is happening as the second round of laws are being debated, some of which would make the purchase of sex illegal, and some of which would impose landlord liability if prostitution occurs by a tenant. It is not clear if any of those proposed laws will pass. If they do, some proposals would only have them apply if the seller of sex is a trafficked person, which shifts the burden of proof so much to the police and prosecutors that nothing bad is likely to happen unless it is a comic book level situation such as the ladies being chained to radiators.

But as these laws are being debated, the industry in Spain is avoiding much direct advertising of sex.
