The kind of upselling you are referring to is not part of Spanish culture.

For the most part, there is little upselling in Spain. Where you see it most often is at the Russian / Ukrainian places in Spain. But the upselling is rarely negotiated. There will be a standard upcharge such as 20 or 30 or 50 euros for BBBJ or CIM. That certainly doesn't occur at all places, though.

The Asian system of massage and individually negotiated upselling has never come to Spain in a big way. In fact there are few truly Asian massage places in Spain at all.
