Thanks for the latest news that Factory Air is now charging an admission fee. I've been away on holiday in Thailand during the last month so was ignorant of this development. You saved the drive over there as not much logic in paying an entrance with so several alternatives in the region happy to welcome my custom without charging me for the privelege of stepping across the doormat.

The only reason I see to start this policy is that the only competitor they see is Avion, which also charges an entry fee. Last time I was in Avion (about 5 weeks ago) I really did not like the girls there.

I share the blues feeling with you - but not Bangkok: I am right now in Argentina, and I am taking my flight back to Madrid tomorrow.

I went there the day they opened. Not a very good experience. All in all, it deserves being written.

First of all, you have to locate the place. You'll need a map because it is well off Madrid, and it is not visible from the main roads. You have to leave one of these M-something (I do not recall which one right now, but it is _not_ one of the ring roads) and be very careful with the exit.

The club is in a sort of industrial area, with workshops on both sides of the road. Due to its location and the towns around, I guess that the people visiting them can sometimes be a bit rude. Not to say that they are wrongdoers or anything like that, but in my visit there were certainly many teenagers with too much hormones (and I am speaking about pills).

The fact is that I was stopped by the police (I am quite young and I tend to dress in a casual style) and i was asked what I was doing there. I just did not like the way the policeman addressed me, so I took the option of being as uniformative as possible. Yes, that's not how I should behave, and that's not how I usually behave, but I really didn't like that policemen. So I told him that I was driving. Why? Because I like driving. Where was i going to? Dunno. Wherever the road goes. I do not recommend this to anyone. As I am completely clear, with a reasonable job, all my papers are OK, and they were just looking for drugs dealers, they let me proceed in five minutes.

Down to the point: you have to take a side road off the main road leading to Moraleja de Enmedio (which is not a very wide one, to be frank) in order to enter the parking. So I was a bit disappointed with the place, despite it promised to be interesting. I will go again in a couple of days or so. My impression is that they'll try to work as a regular disco which hosts providers. That might be interesting - but it may also be horrible.

To finish with, there were three of four clubs in the surroundings which should be checked. Alas, the area is quite far from where I live (5 min. from the well-known FP), so it will not become my hunting ground.

Actually I can't believe that Factory has implemented this policy so soon, the place was hardly brimming with customers after it's inauguration. Moreover there was really not the wealth of in house totty to tempt me over there even when it was free.
