I am just willing to do more summarizing of the many reports than others do.

From a standpoint of getting a pretty girl in her late teens or early twenties who will deliver the certainty of a GFE experience, I think that Barcelona is better if a guy uses Vecinitas, teensbcn, Sinners, ElEden53, or picks a reviewed independent.

Madrid has less certainty with respect to the quality of services. The last difference is the "clubs". Barcelona's club scene is dismal. Madrid's is not considered to be outstanding in comparison to Germany (by those who like the German FKKs).
