I looked at Hotel Edeira, but it was sold out. In fact, hotels with room prices under $300 in Madrid are sold out for the next few days.

A little about my trip:

Both Placer and Palacio are in the northern side of Madrid, though both are reasonably accessible by public transit. Both also advertise "specials" on threesomes, so all you have to do is ask.
