Just to make you extra aware I would like to point out that sex purchases are illegal in Sweden. Having said that. Your absolute safest choice would be one of the aprox. 10 thaimassage parlours they have in Vasteras. Thaimassages in Sweden are almost like hidden brothels. You pay for the massage and then you will have a question about "extras" in 9 out of 10 cases about half way through the session.

If Thai / Asian girls are not your preferred choice, I am sorry to tell you that its not easy to find gold on the Internets without giving it alot of time and patience. If you like to test the water on internet, my suggestion would be [Names in Code Deleted by Admin].

Malmo has 3-4 near the Trianglen station. One of them (closest to the station) offers no extras. The other 2 that are walkable offer the usual.

However, as there has been raids against these kind of establishments, a place a few blocks east was closed, people are jailed.

Some kind of discretion would have been appropriate. Now we have the name of the place, and also the alias of the person in the open.
