I remember when I first visited Stockholm a couple of years ago, it had (and still has) by far some of the most good-looking women in the World. But ever since that ridiculous, feminazi prostitution law came into effect the mongering scene (which admittedly was already rather limited even before the changes) has collapsed.
This is not to say one can't find escorts in Sweden, but from what I've been able to find the choice is fairly limited, not to mention price.

Some of my acquaintances in Scandinavia tell me though that nearby Finland has a reasonable scene and probably the best in the region, so that's what I advise to all local punters.

I have been 2 years here now and although I agree that girls on holiday will fuck around, it applies to most people around the world.
