From the Swiss forums, I gather that the Grand Day of Reopening was a bit of a sausage fest. Many guys who showed up at clubs were told they would have to wait hours. Some went home disappointed and were refunded their entry fees. The guys who got lucky were the guys who had reservations with favorites who knew them.

There were no reports of anyone wearing face masks or having to leave their contact details or take blood tests.

On the local forum there is a full list of when the clubs are opening. A few open on 6 June, most open by 20 June. For example Aphrodisia claims to open 6 June with about 15 girls, Amesia on 19 June. Freubad opens 6 June with about 15 girls too. Swiss and Palace open on 6 June, most of the Imperium clubs on 19 June.

It is very unclear what the restrictions will be. The government only says that each club should have a concept, but doesn't mandate rules. What they want is to pretend that they can do contact tracing if required. People are being discouraged to discuss service details in the forums for a while. My understanding is that clubs will claim initially no DFK, no BBBJ. What happens behind closed doors is anybody's guess.

Main reason to allow prostitution again is that they didn't want prostitution to continue illegally with the girls who live in Switzerland or who got stuck here who have no income since March. New infections in Switzerland are low double digits since a while now, I think government will not look very closely at the clubs if it stays that way.

Switzerland would like to open to Italy as well, but they need to coordinate with Germany and Austria before they open with Italy. It sounded to me that they would try to open with Italy earlier than with the entire Schengen area.

The key issue is that the bulk of new cases in Italy still comes from the North, mostly Lombardy. If new cases popped up in Campania or Sicily, it would be fine opening up the border in a couple of weeks, but not with that moderately hot cluster right across the border. I guess Ticino isn't keen on having that border fully open right now. On the other hand, things seem to have died down in Alsace and Baden-Wurttemberg and never were hot in Austria, so these borders will open without much trouble.

I seem to remember reading rumors about opening up Italian border in the first week of July, but that was probably just a hypothesis if things improved further in Northern Italy. Now, there have been a few reports of Lombardy cooking up the books and hiding some cases to be able to loosen up the lockdown, so I'm not sure when it would happen.

One limitation remains, all clubs, restaurants etc have to close at midnight.

Still, allowing to open FKKs on 6 June is much earlier than I would have thought. Since the clubs depend on the girls from Romania, I guess some clubs could open early June with a limited team. Give it another month and the Romanians are back.
