After really enjoying my first ever trip to Cleo I decided to return there this Friday (21st May) as I finished work early and it was raining so all outside terraces in Zurich were empty / closed. The line up was good and I had 3 rooms. On the way out I went to pay my final bill (I had 1 drink. A rum and coke for CHF 15) and the girl at the desk gave me a bill for CHF 135. I asked her what the extra CHF 120 was for. She said I forgot to pay for one of my rooms. I said this is not possible as you have to pay for the room before you go with the girl and I remembered paying for all 3 rooms. It was getting late and I had to drive back to Zurich so I just paid and left. When I got home I checked my bank account and I saw that I had paid for all the rooms and they had ripped me off by charging me for an extra room. I have written to the club asking for a refund but let's see if it goes anywhere. My advice if you visit this club is to make sure you ask for a receipt every time you pay for any thing so you have a record of your spending. In all my years using clubs in Switzerland I have never been scammed like this before. From now on I will only visit Globe and sister clubs and will not give one penny of my money to the Club Cleo / Zeus / Olmyp clubs ever again. Really disappointed as I liked their line up and had a good time there.

I can't rule out that what happened to me at Olymp today was not a mistake or a non deliberate act of sheer stupidity, however I bought the XXL package including 3 30 minute rooms and had a similar experience. On my third room the woman at the front desk said I had used up my 3 rooms. I said I have only had 2 sessions. Then she said I had only ordered the two session package.

I said she was wrong and then she pretended to carry out a thorough investigation and backed down. The front desk woman was middle aged with dyed black hair. It was hard for me to believe this was not a deliberate attempt at cheating.
