RE: 3 day or weekend trips.

My strategy is always 3 square, high quality meals; lots of sleep; saunas and swims and water: drinking and flushing nostrils.

I usually arrive Wed 3 pm after 11 hours from LA. Check in to Swissotel and hit their 3 saunas: Wet with pine mist; dry and then hot tub and finally swim. Straight to Globe for full dinner and two sessions.

Next morning after 8-12 hours sleep; Starbucks egg sandwich OR hotel brunch and over to Globe. Session; full lunch; lots water fruits, etc. Huge dinner in Zurich city; usually their Swiss Style Strongoff (Zeughaller) or Schnitzel and over to Aphro.

I see a lot of guys economizing / fast food. Key is high protein, high calorie, quality nutritious Meals and fresh juices keep all plumbing working.

Make sure to sauna, swim, or exercise for 15-30 min each day. Also, I carry a saline spray and irrigate by nostrils like 3 x a day. Between the plane, the smoke in Globe and girls having little colds from kissing; it flushes all the flu away.

Sharing my first visit to Globe in Switzerland. My first impression once I entered the place is this place reminds of German's FKK Finca Erotic; first floor is dark, fake plants / tress everywhere, and second floor restaurant area. Food is just so so, deco reminds me of Oase. I was not impressed at all. And the LU is not much better! I wanted to come to Globe because I was told they have the most beautiful girls in the world, but guess what, I totally disagree. LU at Samya or even GT is way better! I was at Globe on a Friday, supposedly all the hottest girls are here on weekends, but I can say I can probably find better Lu at GT and Samya on any given Friday than Globe. Entrance fees is $95 and 30 min session for $140 is really not worth it. I would not recommend this place. I had 3 girls: Megan (she's beautiful, but limited service contrary to what every monger is saying here), Tiarra? Is a MILF but decent service, Beatrice has a little Indian look to her but perfect body and very good service. Anyways, just my two cent at my first experience in Globe. I will not repeat.

I think Switzerland is a great country. Subdued and orderly, maybe too much at times but there are just way too many positives. If I didn't fuck up my finances, and if there were easy legal ways, I'd definitely consider ways of staying longer there.

Another thing that I want to mention is the randomness of our choices and how much interpersonal and sales skills matter for a girl. Your first choice of a girl is probably your true choice, the ones that follow are far more random than you think. Let me continue with few more experiences from my recent trip. Visited club Swiss two times. I actually like the club maybe even more than globe. It's cheaper and you can find more GND type of girls and less silicon than in globe. Girls are not pushy since they operate in a group and know one of them will get. Service is on par or maybe slightly below globe.

Took few days out of my Swiss experience to travel to Frankfurt and visit Sharks and Oase. Sharks was a disappointment. On a relative basis since I already mentioned that I go for overall experience with mindset that experience is a complete write off to begin with. Service was ok but that was not the problem. LU was considerably weaker from a year ago. Saw number of fatties who struggled to do any business for entire 6 hours while I was there. I have no idea what's their rationale to be there if they are barely going to break even, even if that. The number was also low (about 40) from what I remember a year ago. Not sure if this is the usual rotation nowadays but quality has significantly dropped.

Oase was a bit better when it comes to LU but the number of girls and overall quality was also lower than from a year ago. Not sure if the numbers of girls attending is down across these clubs or I visited during low season. In the club, First girl was good but she spoke excellent English and had great interpersonal skills. The second girl was about rules and business as soon as the door closed and I ended up making fun of her entire session.

Overall, I am not complaining. Satisfied my curiosity and now it's onto other adventures.

Some other random thoughts now. I am amazed to read here that some of you travel 10+ hrs only to spend weekend there and go home right back. How do you manage? What's puzzling to me is that whenever I make overseas trip, I usually get drained and borderline sick and it takes me 36 hrs just to get my mojo back. Not only that but I find it puzzling that my erection quality is substantially lower there than it's at home. There are two VIP rooms, they both cost CHF 100 per hour, no 30 min increments possible. Room Arabica has has nothing special, it's just bigger, has a pole dancing place, but the play area is like the big couch in the back no real mattress. It's Ok if there are more than 3 people in the room, works better than the first room floors. The real VIP room, Imperatore, has a pole dance area, couches and small table, jacuzzi for 3 - 4 people, separate shower on the ground floor. You can plug in an iPhone in the room speakers and play your own music. There are some TV screens that show the pole dance area in the club. Upstairs there are two beds, one is quite large, OK for 3 - 4 people.

I see no point for Arabica, but Imperatore is nice if you are OK with one hour increments.

If the girl (s) doesn't know you, she will ask for CHF 100 upfront before booking the room.

This is why Globe Zurich is better to go after German FKK begin charging 100 euro or 150 euro per hour which is not even 60 min sometimes.

Globe secure you good looking girls, 30 min is full 30 min, no negotiation needed for service, so in the end it is better as now price is in same range as German FKK where service and quality of girls optic is not secured.
