In Brazil I never had any problems with girl cliques. In Europe, certainly. But I find it sad that guys in Europe take this behavior for granted, and spend their time obsessing over it (ooh I wonder if she still likes me) rather than saying simply and firmly: This behavior should not occur.

I will also say that it is the responsibility of management to ensure this behavior does not occur. The first and most important step is to ensure there is not more than 70% of any one nationality in the club (or 50% in the case of the Germans as they get organized even more quickly than the Romanians).

In Europe the girls I go with are the girls who think for themselves and are not part of any clique. These tend to be individualistic types, and I can tell from their ability to have a good conversation.

Do not get me wrong, I do not like this specific behavior as well and I wish that the reality were different; especially because the border between cliques and mobbing to other "lonely wolves " girls, especially if they are successful, is very thin.

However, I do not believe there is way to change it or the club could force the girls to stop it, it is just human and you have just to live with that, that's it. No girl will ever tell you the real reason why she does not want to come with you; so, the club has almost no weapon to correct this behavior. Walking through Peter, if You speak a bit Russian, is much more impressive for eyes than Aphrodisia, or Globe now. I remember splendid Siberian Olga from Golden Ladies on Nevsky prospect, for 400 USD from 1 am to 9 am for breakfast in my hotel, and even it would have been complicated, I should have kept her with me as she proposed on next day, my mistake, she was not in the club on next evening for my last night.
