Overall, although it's a slightly smaller and quieter place, I've always found the choice here to be as good as, if not better than Globe. There's apparently a grand opening party tonight (24 August) for the new club name. Shame I'll be missing it, love to read reports?

I've been to Bumsalp maybe 40 times over the past 3 years. Definately a more laid back, smaller place than Globe. But with a much larger wellness area w 2 larger whirlpools / etc (on the lower area). I think most men would agree that the lineup at Globe or Aphro is much better than Bumsalp. Personally, I find that many times when I go to Bumsalp, apart from my regulars, there just isn't enough new talent to make it a reliable, fun option for me. But having said that, I had a friend visit once and he said he actually preferred Bumsalp to Globe. My buddy is pretty laid back guy, and he prefers curvier women, with a girl next door vibe.

I went to the opening party for the newly branded "Amesia". The renovation has been confined to the main floor, and to the entrance area. But the wellness area and rooms seem the same. I like the new look, it was definitely time for refresh.

As for the party itself, they had a live DJ who did a good job. They had the regular lineup bolstered with some ladies from Aphro and Club Life. And there was a "dance posse" of 6 girls who would hit the dance floor every hour for a 30 minutes on, and 30 minutes off set. Those girls were not available for sessions though. And there were no porno shows. I think they want to move away from that.

The crowd had a lot of 25-35 yr old guys, who hung around in groups and didn't seem to have the cash for privates. About half the crowd were in street cloths and half in robes.

I myself had a threesome early on w a lady I've know for along time and a newbie. After that, I spent a little time recovering and then wanted to go for another session but spent a full hour from 1230 to 130 with no prospects, so I called it a night.

Overall, I think the renovation is nice gesture to the ladies that management is committed to revitializing the club. But the big question is whether the new "Amesia" will end up being any different from the old "Bumsalp". Only time will tell. I wish them luck.

Nice afternoon in newly refurbished Amesia, previously BumsAlp. The bar area has been extensively refurbished in black and gold, removing the stage where they used to have live pornstar shows at weekends. There's lots more seating space, although some of it looks a bit too formal. And the inviting looking new couches on the other side are apparently for big spending VIPs only. Thankfully the nice quiet and spacious sauna area downstairs is unchanged, although if you don't want to use it, entry fee is only 70 instead of 90. Sadly, the club still lets clients stay in normal clothes, which rather spoils the ambience for me, especially when there are a lot of them. I always prefer to be robed, it signals to the girls that you're clean and freshly showered and shows more respect. It would be nice if they brought back some FKK days. Although a few girls always seem to forget their tops or knickers anyway!

I went again (to Aphrodisia on Friday night around 10. There were about 15 girls around the bar (and others no doubt booked from the 28 odd listed on the website). Thank you all for your intel on the ground. I've visited Medellin and Frankfurt and enjoyed both immensely. Will be traveling from Spain to Germany and thinking of stopping by Zurich. Seems that Globe and Aphro are the action. But they seem significantly more expensive than German FKKs. Is it worth stopping over en route to FKK's. Or would you advise that it's passable if you're ultimate destination is a German FKK. I always like variety. But curious as to if the upscale pricing of Zurich offers something competitive with FKK scene.

Zurich is really not on straight line from Spain to Germany, I was told great clubs in Alicante, but Globe is higher level than Germany, even more expensive = 130 €/30 mn.

Good point if Aphrodisia girls are more on women in real life level, not sex machines, even some were in Germany before. Just have to find a look who worth such rate. Ok. So now I have experienced both Aphrodisia and Globe (in addition to Artemis, Oase, Sharks, etc). *And here are my thoughts. *.

First they are completely different experiences. If the in-room experience is the whole thing you are after, then Globe hands down. I don't think you will get a more consistent full experience with all the trimmings than at Globe. Even though I stacked the deck a bit with your recommendations (thanks fellas!) I was three for three in the room, which is impressive.

At Aphrodisia the in-room experience was solid, but lacking the earth shattering BJ skills of a great Globe girl. I'the say Aphrodisia is more like having sex with a "real world" girlfriend. Where it's lovely and sweet but she hasn't honed her skills over a hundred guys (or maybe she has but knows she needn't go the extra mile here). *.

For "the rest" of the experience, Aphrodisia wins. More girls available — and even though I think they are equally pretty at both venues — having them all packed in a tight space is intoxicating. The atmosphere at Aphrodisia is really fun. There are girls everywhere. There are even 5-10 behind the bar at any time, variously lounging or will get you something if the barkeep is busy. And of course free drinks lead to a big party atmosphere of comradery. *And since the guys are in suits or street clothes you are more likely to have a bit of friendly bar social time as well. *.

Both are easy to get to. If you are downtown Zurich you can walk to Aphrodisia or take a short train to Globe. *.

Clearly Globe wins hands down on value. The $280/ half at Aphrodisia is US prices for a top girl. The $380/45 is a better deal but still quite steep for Europe. But remember this is downtown Zurich. The rent there must be a small fortune. It is a lovely property with high end amenities. *.

If you have to watch your budget carefully then surely it's Globe each time. And clearly if I flew into Zurich and had one night it would be Globe. But if I had three nights, say, and sufficient bank to splurge a bit, I'the enjoy two nights at Globe sandwiching a party night at Aphrodisia!*.

Monday. Graz Austria. Graz is a well known pussy wasteland. Nothing for miles around. The other day I went to Palace in Gisikon near Zug and just outside Zurich. I've been there before and had a good time but this time I had the worst FKK experience ever in over 12 years of mongering.

First of all the quality of most of the girls was 6-7 with one or two 8's. But the 8's were not available as booked in advance. The remaining bunch of.
