Decide to have lunch at Zeughauskeller, built in 1487 that's like Munich's Hofbrauhaus. Had a hearty lunch of Geschnetzeltes w. Rosti (veal stew, like Strogonoff) and headed over by S9 to Schwerzenbach. It's a bit hectic going back to main HB, and dealing with rush hour crowds, 4 pm. I arrive at Schwerzenbach station after 10 min. Only clarification on directions, walk to end of platform and go underground in a tunnel to cross to other side. Some past directions, called this an overpass, foot-path or bridge (it does cross a street), but it's a tunnel. After checking-in and walking into club, my immediate feeling was disappointment. For the Americans, it felt like a YMCA or 1980's Howard Johnson Pool-motel. Very old, dated, run-down and extremely HOT. For Brits, it had the dreary, grim vibe of a soviet bath-house or sanitarium – old men in robes, and few women. I was frankly in shock; after reading 100+ pages of threads on Globe, I felt I was in the wrong club. I counted 23 Women on the floor and walked around to the rooms (all doors open). I chatted with some gals and they all repeated the party line: "Its slow", "we have 60 women", "oh, they are in the rooms". And the 23 Women, I would say they were in the 5-7 range, and a few 8's, with guys. +15 are / t trains + 5 night (Zurich card pre-paid / used or not).

+35 one late-taxi pro-rata (100 taxi once / 3 day-trip).

480 Total for Globe.

560 Total for Aphrodisia (2 x sex; top shelf free liquor (Remy XO, Moet, Glenfidich), walk to hotel).

It's a 15% discount to Aphrodisia's CHF 560 and a -50% discount in quality. I may have visited Globe on its single worse week in history, but it is what it is. P.S., made the 12 am train; but some mix-up at HB construction, trams stop at 12:45, so cab from HB to hotel, CH1 F5.

Day 3: Woke up jet-lagged at noon, bewildered by Globe experience. Changed hotels to Swissotel for $127/ nt; nice alpine view setting 5 min from HB Station; 4 star quality with nicer room / restaurant, pool / saunas / etc. Very nice option for the price and closer to Globe, my original priority. I resolved that Globe was an off night and I got there 6 pm, between shifts or reservation glut. So had lunch at hotel and again braved crowds at 4 pm to head to Globe. If you can believe it, on a Friday night Globe was worse. Even emptier, worse lineup, and air of desperation among men and women. I chatted with several Men who were there prior days and all agreed it was slow and line-up was sub-par all week. At this point, I made an executive decision to cut my losses and leave.

Globe Conclusion: Globe's "sauna" model is what it is. I understand the charm of having 20+ women walking around nude and the comraderie of that and the wellness facilities. 1. Rooms temperature.

Yes, they are always hot. But the new fans are quite powerful. A bit noisy but OK.
