4-5 star hotels allow the escorts to go to the room however they charge for another 25-50 euro for it. I did it in a 5 star hotel years ago and I don't think the situation has changed. Ask the clerk about this and they will inform you about it.

Escorts don't prefer 2-3 star hotels because there can be police raids.
