You can find lots of girls from EE in the places at GMK Bulvari, but mainly for cons. Yes also the girls in Maltepe area are absolutely much much much more beautiful. First of all there are many Russians and Ukranian girls. However there is a big problem, you can't take these girls out, at least as far as I know you can't. I know at least three Irem.
