There are several bars in the area around the Dedemen Hotel. Most of them are shit, but "Avlu Bar" and "Pikolo Bar", right next to the Bowling Place of Dedeman are pretty good. Prices range from 80 million to 120 million TL.

I've just recently moved to Ankara and am in the process of looking for local talent. For starters there is a small cafe one block away from the US Embassy called Cafe "Neskazu". Russian women, fly in to service the "Political Apparat" and hang out at this cafe during the afternoon. Girls are about a 6-9 and run the usual $100. I need to pull out a map to give you the name of the street, although it's just one block over from the US Embassy.
