When you try to access many sites via modem or 3 G, you will see the notice (access to this website is blocked!) The easiest way to bypass this is changing your DNS settings. Preferably to Youtube or Goggle. Then when you connect to a wifi, you will be able to see those sites without any worries. I wanted to share my experiences.

For info gathering escort gentr website is usefull. It is blocked so you need to do the DNS adjustment.
