I don't recommend even trying that. I can divide that group into 2 parts.

1) In luxury nightclubs, you can find yourself gold diggers, not the escorts directly. To connect with them, you probably have to spent some money on the club, having lounges so those gold diggers or their pimps can come and talk to you but the final outcome will be too expensive and no guarantee of result. Afterall, they are gold diggers. Not direct escorts.

2) There are also low quality clubs like in Aksaray is the most well known, can be called like a strip club, but the places are horrible, yes there are girls you can pick up, but most of them is tourist scam, the owners will try to rip you off on the club at the first place. Never advise you to go to places like that as a tourist, at least you should have someone local with you. Even I never go there. I know some tourists had to pay all their money in their pocket like 2 K $ for just a champagne. Owners usually knows the tourists and take their huge money, with some bullying of course because they are gangs as well.

So basically the answer of your question is technically yes, but, logically absolutely no.
