I believe there is a reason why these are the only recomended places at the forum. They are tested many times and had no problems (only a few unlucky ones). If you are into some adventure you can try other places but from my and my friends experiences it is not going to be very pleasent.(I do not think that anyone actively mongering can say they were never cheated)

There is one thing that I am sure of, even if you can find other decent places the price structure is not going to be any different. If you hear an offer that is too good I would definately stay away.
