Sure, I believe the hotel was called The Byzantium Hotel, located in Sultanahmet, It had yellow signage outside and it's about four story high.

Unfortunately I can't recall her name, so your experience may vary, I do hope you get lucky. This was also a couple of months ago so I hope things didn't change much at the place!
