Just tell them you want to make an appointment and they will send you their list of current girls. After some research on all the various sources listed here, I found ENews to be a good / fast / easy source. You can also click on their agency that's listed once you find a girl you might like and it will show you all the girls that one agency / phone # has to offer. This comes in handy as I'll explain. Actually Turkey is quite relaxed compared to other middle eastern countries that I've been to. There are many options but also many scams. Just use your common sense. If something is too good to be true then it should ring some alarm bells.

Regarding massages. I found another forum which is in Turkish which translates to something like "forum of womanizers" but they change their address continuously because Turkish authorities apparently keep blocking them. You can use google translate to navigate the forum there. Some good recommendations for massages with happy ending in Istanbul. I've never been to Ankara and Izmir so can't tell.
