It's called The Wan Club. Pretty dangerous. It's a club that is well known for scamming tourists with their arbitrary drink prices. Do not pay anything for more than 2 k lira, even if you're sitting in the VIP area. I think summer is not the best time to monger in Istanbul. Many girls are out of town, by the beach. Some travel to Europe.
