Arcanehalls, keep in mind that about quarter (some say even more) of population in Ukraine is not of slavic origin at all. Many of those who call themselves "Ukrainians" have origin of somebody else. Mongols, Tatars, Poles, Hungarians, Swedes, Italians, Greeks, Romanians, Bulgarians, etc. Plus after Ukraine became independent whole bunch of former soviet non slavic people arrived in Ukraine. Georgians, Azers, Chechens, you name it. Quarter of million of Tatars came back. So this can be answer for you.

When I was in Kiev I was surprised to see so many ladies with nice features and pretty faces AND so many men without the same nice features. I started to wonder how can this be possible? I still have no answer but was interested to read an article in the Kiev Post about the "Slavic Man Syndrome" which in many ways supports my observations.

I am not saying that "rough cut" looks make men bad or inferior in any moral sense but I do find the "fact" that the genetic pool in Ukraine is interesting since it seems to produce good-looking ladies and not-so-good-looking men.

The site is a little like Craig's List and there is a dating section. If you search on the term "Sponsor" you find almost exclusively ads posted by Ukrainian men. Each of the ads uses a phrase such as "No sponsorship offered" although some of the big spenders suggest they own a car and would be willing to pick the girl up. The guys show no photos, of course, and many list there phone number right in the classified ads.

So if you are trying to assess your own performance against some benchmark, you should keep in mind what the locals are offering.

Has anyone checked these out? There seem to be lots of profiles in Singles.ru /Mamba that follow the same style. On the first pages under "About Me," it says "See Album" . Then they use the filename of the album to give price info (eg, "Blow Job 450 grn" "Anal 500 grn") and sometimes even the phone number.

Obviously, the idea is to evade the systems that will spot phone numbers that might be listed in the profile itself.
