    Hey Bez

Yeh, was a viewing member before with very limited access. I subscribed for one reason only, so I can view the pictures you guys post up. I didn't have much to contribute at the time so it would have taken me too long to get to senior member status that has "View Photos" access. But that's all changed recently, regular members now can also view photos.

Nah, actually I live on the coast of a big ass island with nothing but red dust and rocks in the middle call Australia. You know, that glider thing could be really cool in Romania. Imagine flying over Transylvania as part of your trip.

Could I trouble you in giving us your comparison of Kiev vs. Odessa? )

Kiev vs. Odessa vs. Kherson vs. Lugansk vs. Other Areas

    Hi guys,

I've been a member for a while and read the forums to pass time. Have only once been to Latvia and Lithuania (for a few weeks) in the eastern bloc and there's really not that much to contribute about those two countries. What can be said about them, have already been mentioned.

I've never mongered and so far, have relied on my game to score freebies. I’m just past my mid-twenties so I generally go for university students. My favorite haunts are student hang outs, where there’s not that many older men (and foreigners in general) in the hunt. I am usually taken as an Erasmus exchange student.

Planning on moving to E.E. at the end of the year or maybe early 2008. Yes, I would be settling down over there and leaving this place which is a stupid 30 hours flight to Europe. So, I would really like to start corresponding with the seasoned contributors of this forum who either live or go often to E.E. and indulge in possibly the best region on earth for Caucasian scores.

I know a lot has been raved on about places such as Czech, Romania, Moldova etc… (I have read those threads too) but I have come to the conclusion that Russia and Ukraine would have to wind hands down; in terms of the quality, quantity and satisfactory experiences.

But since this is a Ukrainian thread and as such, we will leave out mother USSR for now. One country at a time right?

A lot has been posted in regards to the spoils in Kiev and Odessa. What I am really interested in, is the comparison of these two cities. It seems some of the best posts have come from people who have predominantly focused on one particular city. They generally go back again and again, each time hoping to do better than the last one. Some of you have been doing this for years, to my envy.

So, is there anyone out there that are SEASONED PROS in both cities and could take the time to benefit us all; in giving an unbiased post based on personal experiences in both cities of Kiev and Odessa?

I may be starting up a business that would give me the opportunity to visit Ukraine on a regular basis. Therefore, it would be greatly appreciated to learn from your experiences as to which city I should visit more often.

Kherson / Lugansk / Other Areas – were included in the title because I was interested in the rest of the country and may need to hire some locals to help out with my business.

Actually, does anyone know which city/town has a big population of high school or university students? I’m not looking for programmers or computer engineers. A sufficient candidate i.e. an average salary earner that has some kind of high school education who would like to earn extra money by doing mundane computer data entry work. Just places that haven’t got the in-your-face, free-flow of “Russian money” from dodgy characters with trophy girlfriends, as evident in Kiev and Odessa in summer.

It’s best to keep business separated from private fun. Say, during a month long visit, I don’t have a problem with spending a few days in a small town managing these affairs, then head off to Kiev or Odessa for a few weeks of games.

    Sorry for the long post!

    Consider the Slovakia chance...

Do not forget that Ukranians can have visa to Slovakia very easy and for free, it is enough as documents a fax that proove she has reserved a hotel in Slovak Republic and she will obtain visa with zero grivnas....

And by ryanair you can go to Bratislava for few euro....and she can travel by train or autobus...so it is cheap too...

    Just another option... poka poka

    Miss or hit

GT, attempting to recruit a Russian girl off the internet to go to Paris is such a shot in the dark I would hate to think about it. Unless you or some one you know knows some one in the French government attempting to get a visa in two weeks is just about impossible.

    But...

If you still want to try I suggest finding a girl who can already travel to France. Buy the plane ticket in her name so she can pick it up at the airport desk. That way if it's a scam you are out the price of the ticket but no scammer profits from it.

    Visa-free travel from FSU?

I have a jaunt to Paris coming up in two weeks and Iwas thinking about trying to recruit a "good time girl" from the FSU to join me for a fun weekend. I figure the local pickings in Paris will not be good for me (age 48) and a cheap Russian airfare will pay off better than an expensive Parisian hooker. And I figure a free trip to Paris would be of some interest to some classes of FSU girls.

The problem is the timeline. I have a number of Russian and Ukrainian prospects, but they would need visas to travel to France wouldn't they? And even if these could be obtained inside two weeks, there would be the issue of "I need $100 for the visa, darling, but I promise I will come.."

So any suggestions for countries that have desperate dyevs but no visa restrictions that might yield profitable prospects would be greatly appreciated!

    Cheers,

    GT

Probably your best bet is the big hotel on the front (forgot it's name, at the mo) or the casino also on the promenade. Yalta is quiet this time of the year same as Sevastopol until summer, But if your friends are locals they probably know far better than me!

  8. #259
My buddies and I are invited to Yalta for pleasure and business purposes.

Our transportation and accomnodation will be arranged by our men.

    Any tips about Yalta...

It's all about looking like you are wearing the clothes and the clothes aren't wearing you...

...suits are fine, I just wear them to work all day and love to get out of them at night.

As for suit jackets with jeans, I tend to wear the kind of suit jacket that is supposed to be worn with jeans, not just my suit jacket sans matching bruki.

By the way, Dean and Frank sounds like a good deal... I am really looking good for a few days in Kiev around Super Bowl time.

BTW2: If you like Frank, read this. Great stuff. That guy sure did a lot of fucking.

As for living the life soviet', I agree that it can be great. The Soviet throwback type of girl can really fuck.

    Doctor Fashion

I've always been a suit and tie kinda guy. I find it works extremely well in Kiev and it also works well in the US and Western Europe - or excuse my big ego it might just be me, I think it is a combination of both. I must admit spending a large chunk of my misplaced youth in Europe I never really got into the between look - a suit jacket with something other then a suit. It's funny, I remember going to somewhat formal Holiday festival occasion and I was going to pair my German fuscia suit jacket (hush, it was the early 90's) with a pair of jeans. I thought my then very young and unsophisticated American girlfriend was going to cry (that's the way I dressed in Europe I told her). That was the last time I ever tried to pair a suit jacket with anything other then a suit.

I can't find fault with your methods. But don't be too hard on the throwback FSU - remember that is why we go there (for those with no business there). When they unfortunately catch up with McAmerica in a few years it will not be a good thing. Chubby chicks in tight jeans wearing sneakers in not my thing - and I'm spotting that far too often in center Kiev for my liking. Heck I was never much of a pin strip suit kinda guy but I make sure to bring one when going to the FSU and I tend not pack my light color shirts in favour of the darker ones. I'm trying to get into the 50's rat pack thing in Kiev. Maybe we can find Sammy (I'll be Dean, you can be Frank) the next time we are in Kiev and pick up some swinging chicks.

Never heard of it personally. Methinks you'd have to be quite connected with some local pimp to arrange for this sort of thing and the girl would most likely be younger than 18.

Any agency that would advertise providing sacrificial virgins would probably give you a girl on her 8th or 9th virginity....

I've long since abandoned the American-style sneakers for more of a Euro look, but are jeans normal in Kiev, or would that be too casual?
    B88:

Depending on the situation, jeans are fine. I often wear jeans with nice shoes and a nice shirt or casual jacket/blazer. In fact I usually wear jeans, as suit pants are a bit too dressy for me since I do sometimes even dance when going to the clubs... on those occasions I may even go very casual in terms of shirt and footwear.

You can generally get away with sneakers as well... but should make sure that they are club sneakers and not just run of the mill athletic shoes.

Dress shoes are required at some gentleman's clubs, for example RP. They are strict on this. Arena is not.

I have noticed that Ukrainian security is more goonish than Russian security, probably because Russian elite have been more adept and quick at adopting European club chic, which is more liberal than the strict flathead look that dominated the 90's in Russia. Ukraine will surely follow, but many Ukrainian men are still stuck in the wannabe mafia mode with their comically stupid all black tough guy uniforms, buzzcuts and dumb pointy pseudo-hip elf shoes.

A lot will depend on the girl too. If she is a regular club goer, she'll be much more likely to see an expensive pair of casually hip or sneaker type shoes and a casual shirt with jeans as a very cool alternative to more conservative leather shoes and suit jacket... she'll also be able to recognize which designer goods you are wearing... but if she is more of the "farm girl" or "left-over Soviet" type which many Ukrainians are, she'll most likely stick to the stringent "real men wear suits and expensive shoes" mentality.

What do I wear? My "target audience" is 18-20 year old girls and I wear a variety of styles, from very casual long-sleeve t-shirt with jeans and casual shoes to something dressier like a dark suit jacket with a white shirt and Diesel or Boss jeans together with either dark brown leather dress shoes or Boss club sneakers.

The most important question is however which look works best with the ladies... and I am ashamed to admit that for me it is in fact the Euro standard:

    * dark tailored jacket
    * white shirt, top two buttons unbuttoned
    * jeans or dark trousers (no chinos!)
    * dress shoes or expensive club shoes
    * expensive watch

I know it is a cliche, but girls go for it.

And I had hoped they just loved the "me" inside...

BTW: I'm 35ish so I can't dress like a wannabe gangsta baggy-pants hiphop thugette or a guyliner-wearing marshmallow-faced EMO star... that would be ridiculous...

Significantly younger guys might be better off going with... and getting away with... a more youthful MTV-inspired look... after all, 20 year olds shouldnt wear suits.

Hey Experts, if you were coming to Kiev or Odessa the first time, for a week, tell me how you would plan the perfect week. I know RTFF but if someone has the time, just cut to the chase and tell us where you would stay and where you would monger, a sort of "IF I KNEW THEN WHAT I KNOW NOW..." kind of summary of the perfect week.
