In a UA bank sometimes the limit is local on the machine UAH, but if you go to a foreign or a big UA bank the limit is the same of your credit card/bancomat... I went to the Italian UniCredit (corner of K street and Taras Schevchenko street) and got 2,500 UAH (approx. 250 €).
