Direct flights with Ukraine International are around 300 € from EU cities, unfortunately there are no real low cost to Kiev, but sometimes you can get cheap fares from normal companies like LOT, SAS, Finnair, or so.

The price of apartments at least those I use has dropped around 35% (I use some luxury ones with Jacuzzi, satellite A/C internet etc. etc. on ul. Baseina and it has gone down 50 € a day, same for services almost halfed!).

The food at a restaurant I like and where food is quite good (due to the fall of the grivna) in now ridiculous cheap a Business lunch is 4,5 € non alcoholic drinks included!
