Going to Kiev for 3-5 days without local language on limited budget is a risky gamble. Mamba, KEC, street hunting, agencies may give you the best time of your life, but serious effort is required and there are no guarantee, no reliable tour guides.

Go to SPB or Moscow Forum, and you'll hear equally radical stories. Some swearing it is the best in the world, some failing miserably ordering girls from the very same resource.

To my subjective taste Kiev is top 3 destination worldwide. I am native speaker, therefore I have substantial advantage, so do foreigners staying in Ukraine for months year after year. They gain this advantage for multiple reasons:

- Language.

If you want variety and availability, go to German FKK. None of your prospective Eastern European destinations have anything close. Kiev used to have good level brothels up to 2013. Not anymore.

I personally find SPB less arrogant than Moscow, and Kiev certainly much less xenophobic and racist. Most of us do not need visa in Kiev. Many failed in Kiev and reject it with passion. Went to Kiev last year in October for 6 days. Had 2 girls for around 100€ if I remember correctly for 1 h:30 m each.

Was actually quite easy. In LA or any major cities of USA, you can easily find AAMP for $200 dollars for 1 hour 2 times; quality is probably better than those low-end service in Kiev. For while girls, it usually from $500 - $1,000 and most white girls in LA are actually from eastern Europe.

Completely agree with report. If you spend any more then $100-150 hour in Kiev you are completely wasting your money. You can go to any of the Surrounding Countries, and bang top tier girls, for the same price or cheaper, these girls are just not available in Kiev, especially now. Especially for newbies. Guys like to claim these girls are readily available, but in my opinion they are just not available anymore, unless you work in Kiev, speak the language or have major local contacts, but even then very difficult, if not impossible.

Never been to St. Pete so can't comment on that. Only spent one night in Odessa but had one of the best times I can remember. The clubs were jumping and it was only a Sunday night, I can't imagine what it's like on a weekend. Lots of interaction with ladies. Didn't get any action and I didn't plan on it. Contacted a few ladies on Mamba and they all quoted in the $300 range. It's probably a lot more expensive in Odessa but I have very limited experience.
