Just to say in my experience not the one at Khrestatyk metro but the one by Ploshcha Lva Tolstoho metro. Been approached twice there.

I assume they must be talking about the McDonalds on Khreschatyk street next to the metro entrance. I have been in this place hundreds of times, never have been approached once, never had any girl other than an employee give me any sort of look. I'm sure if you want to approach students and attempt to get numbers, perhaps it's possible but it's certainly not a prime pickup spot in my opinion. The metro entrance and exit next door is a high foot traffic area and you may have a good chance to attempt to meet women and get numbers but I've never just been randomly approached by anyone other than street beggars looking for money.

Love, your post, so true. Guys just do not want to deal with the reality of Kiev and try to keep this illusion alive. There are T. Dudes everywhere, more then willing to pay Top Dollar. Most do not care about rules and have just ruined the city One thing that is not talked about is these guys save up thee money for the whole year and go crazy in Kiev for a weekend or few days. Also, 3-4 guys will get an apartment outside the center, eat at home, so they are living very cheap, very smart, not sure I would want that type of trip, but I must give them credit.

I was this summer (end of August) in Kiev. I can recommend Caribbean Club. From my point of view this is a good place for mongering. Of course you find not 10 in there. But with some luck you can find some decent 7 or 8.

I also tested Buddha Bar but it was empty. I spotted some WG at the bar. But since the entry is free I think you can have a look in it. It is a nice bar but I think to big for the amount of people in there. So you have always the feeling it is empty.
