That said, anyone using the services of a prostitute is not a criminal offense here. No need to pay anyone anything. Just arrived in Kiev today. Am staying at a decent place near Holosiivska park.

It has been long time that I visit Kiev. And believe me, I really like the city and will go again soon there for business.
