Don't listen to this troll DramaFree who hasn't been to Kiev in more than three years. I am on the ground in Kiev and have been here about 7 times in two weeks. Many attractive girls here. Maybe I should have been more clear. Girls will be suspicious of any job offers if the person answering the phone is not a native speaker of Russian / Ukrainian. They will also be suspicious if a man answers, even if he's a local. In other words, what you need to do is first recruit a Ukrainian mamasan, then let her recruit the girls for whatever you are planning.
