I'm in Kiev.

Tonight I asked this taxi driver to take me to an apartment with girls but did not take a girl.

But I noted the location of the apartment.

I'm now wondering what happens if I just go to the apartment for myself without the taxi driver.

Would the madam tell the driver that I showed up by myself?

Would the driver be mad at me? He has my phone number (because I have his).

Any idea?

BTW, food is one thing that has not gone up in price. So you can behave like a king at restaurants. lol.

Do you have the number of the madam or the 'administration'? That is the only thing you should really care about. They like to be called by you before you come.

Never been to Kiev or Europe for that matter, but the adventure does sound very enticing after reading the info here. I like the Latina look, so I've traveled to Latin America numerous times, but enjoy the blonde Eastern Euro look just as much. Seems the civil war is not distracting the mongering scene much. Just a quick question, I'm asian in my 30's, short stature (5'6), in good shape, wondering if I would stick out like a sore thumb in Kiev? Not sure how receptive they are to us Asian folks or pretty much money talks? If all they see is dollar signs, then I'll definitely consider a summer trip. Thanks.

Fist of all, while Kiew is Europe, it'S a different kind of Europe as you may encounter in Paris, Munich or Rome. Kiew is a world class city, but with a Soviet background.

Asian people are not really highly regarded over there. They usually fall in two classes: Chinese traders which stay very much among them self and immigrant workers form GUS countries. Uzbek and Tadjik are common curse words, and, at least in Russia, people from the Asian regions are only employed for the lowest kind of work. I've seen situations where 'house workers' on datschas where treated much like what situations on cotton farms may have been in the 1800's. So yes, there is a strong racial bias.

Then again, if you're clearly identifiable as a western foreigner, it might work out. In general, a proper attire is required to be taken serious. And of course, Dollar signs do change the experience at least on short distance.

On this weekend I will be in Kiev for two days and I want to spend it with some classy girls.

I know many times written here but I will ask some updated information about clubs. Actually I studied in Kiev 4-5 years ago and know Russian well. Before we had river palace.

No its not a scam in most cases. Well it actually depend on where you are booking, I mean what site. I have booked with expidea and booking.com for my next trips l. The price I got was in UAH 1200- 1800 (45 to 65 usd) for a suite at a 4* hotel. I think most of the hotel are still priced in UAH and due to curancy setuation it's cheaper in USD.

The best is to use http://www.dobovo.com for stay no problem with security, and the girls are more relaxed in apartment, The change all the prices from $ to € but a small change in price.

HIRVINA best is to use BNP Paribas the cash machines under maidan, the are normally full with cash, if lucky you can get 20000, and you also get the best rates.

Winners with good hands were very keen to exhange Hryvenias for $$ at much better rates.

I've been out of the US for 5 months and in Germany for those months, so I'm totally out of USD and have only Euros in cash.

I could not buy Hryvnia in Budapest today.

Once I get to Kiev, my options are either to exchange Euros to Hryvnia in cash or to withdraw Hryvnia from my US bank at ATMs.

Jeeez, as you all know, Hryvnia is boincing back fast!

I'll be in Kiev in two days and didn't think about this, but I guess I could have bought Hryvnia before going to Ukraine when it was cheeper. The rate chart remained horizontal (at the bottom) for a few days after the Ukraknkan troops moved out of the besieged town, effectively completing the ceasefire. So I knew it was about to bounce back.

I'm not sure how much I would save, but I might try to buy some tomorrow. It may be somewhat difficult to buy Hryvnia outside Ukraine, but I'm currently in Hungary, so it may be possible. I remember once I exchanged Hryvnia to British Sterling at Hearhrow, so it may also be possible to buy Hryvnia in the UK.

I'm not sure what your time constraints are, but I would recommend booking each for 2 hours and then judging from that.

If that is not an option, a couple of things to consider. Natasha has a day job, so can only meet evening and weekends. She speaks the better English of the two ladies and there will be no long silent gaps in the conversation as she is a chatterbox. And it is by no means just inane babbling, she is conversant on things.

Inna has the better body. She does not speak English as well and she is a bit more restrained in conversation. She is pretty well traveled though, so that's a good way to keep the conversation going. Inna seemed to be more in demand as far as her schedule.

I enjoyed my time with both, found both pleasurable in the bedroom and I would repeat with both ladies. Good luck!

Can anybody confirm the costs in local currency has not increased much?

I'm very tempted to come back to Kiev only due the cheaper prices for April / May with the warmer weather.

Hopefully it will come up to 30 to 1 US or more by then.

I was there 2 weeks ago immediately after their Finance Minister decided they couldn't keep propping up the hyvernia. At that time the prices had not adjusted. I'm no economist, but common sense says that prices for imported goods will have to adjust rapidly. As I previously stated, I ran into some folks from Germany in a supermarket buying up all of a type of German chocolate bar to take home with them since with the exchange rate, the bars were way cheaper than what they could buy in Germany. So you know the next time the supermarket chain goes to import those, they are going to have to adjust the price to compensate for the exchange rate.

The question will be, will prices for non-imported good and also local services rise along with the prices of imported goods? And will it happen in the time frame that would affect your trip?

It would be great information if someone who is there long term could keep the forum apprised on this.
