As much as the numbers rating is subjective so is the meaning of "Semi pro" which seems to be the golden goose everyone here is looking for. Agreed, don't understand. I've mongered in almost every continent. Asia, Western / Eastern Europe, Central America, South America and up until a year ago had never even been to Ukraine. Three times and another trip planned next month. I just can't seem to get enough.

I found it quite easy to meet women naturally and when I felt like mongering I just used GIA. Never had a bad experience with them so can't speak for other avenues but I have no reason to doubt based on the experiences I've had.

I think I agree that Kiev has gone downhill a tad since my first trip four years ago. Maybe those guys want to stop it from going down any further. I remember before my first trip I was on a local board in California and some guy mentioned Kiev in a post and I PMed him for advice. He said he owned property there and said whatever I do to not go there. He said it was nothing but a bunch of old hags, scammers and that if I wanted a good girl I would have to pay $1000's. I was already talking to some cuties on Mamba that were offering their services for less than $100 and did not believe him at all. He ended up being full of shit. I probably did more initial legwork than many are willing to do for my trip this past summer. I have also been to Artemis German FKK and Costa Rica very recently. For one Kiev was much cheaper than either destination. I was well under my budget after two weeks in Kiev and then blew about 1200 E in three days in the FKK. The girls I met in Kiev were just as good or better than those at the FKK. And unlike the FKK where you are timed down to the minute you normally get a 2-3 hour date in Kiev and get a chance to know these girls and maybe get a little romance going. I am still in contact with a few girls I met in Kiev and none that I met in other mongering destinations. And as far as looks the stupid numbers rating is completely subjective and totally useless. A 10 to one may be a 6 to another. I know someone on this forum wrote a report on a girl I met on my last trip and called her a 9 or 10 and to me she was the least attractive of the girls I met for P4 P.

I think if you go to Kiev with overinflated expectations then maybe it will be disappointing for you.
