I have visited Kiev for more dozens of times and here are the rules:

- Be gentle and nice to the girls, they really deserve the best of you.

Given no local language skills, I'm not expecting much success over three days at the discos, but the strip clubs and outcalls seem good options. Reasonable? Also, what is the preferred housing option? I could do a hotel (hilton) or downtown apartment.

In between mongering, I'd like to get out and experience the city!

The Hilton is very nice, but not all girls will visit you in the hotel (as long as you don't call an escort agency like gia). And other girls will quote a high price if they hear that you stay in the hilton or hyatt.

My advice is the apartment. If you need a bill, try a big agency (for example partnerguesthouse.com or dobovo.com).
