This is kind of off topic, but I was wondering if there are any punters that can provide any insight.

I am currently in Turkey on a tourist visa, and I was trying to get vaccinated, but it seems only those with a residence permit can book an appointment for getting vaccinated. Getting residence permit takes time and IMHO not worth the hassle just for the sake of getting vaccinated.

Ukraine is a short flight from here, and looking at Airbnb, it seems rentals are cheaper in Ukraine especially Odessa compared to Istanbul.

So I was wondering, are foreigners visiting Ukraine able to get vaccinated if they choose to? I won't be arriving on a tourist visa as such, as my passport allows me to stay in Ukraine for up to 90 days without visa.

I doubt you can get BionTech or Moderna in Ukraine easily. Better prospects in Belgrade.

This article is silly. The "far right" isn't that far to the right as propaganda would have you think. As a journalist covering the war since 2014 I can safely tell you there are Jewish, Muslim, and mixed raced people in movements like right Sector and the vast majority of these people are concerning themselves with the Russian invasion in the east; not on what's going on in a club in Podil. Although Kiev city center is still ok for foreigners of colour this is certainly not true for whole of Ukraine as such. There's reason why majority of colored people be it students (Asian / African,/ Arabs / Israel / mix) or tourists do not walk alone and are always in groups. The reasons for that are beyond the scope of this site but there is certainly palpable fear arising either out of the current security situation at border, refugee crisis in EU and / or rise of ultra nationalists groups currently active both in Ukraine and Russia. People of colour and minority groups should definitely exercise caution.
