When normalcy returns just walk around outside near clubs frequented by tourists like the strip clubs and Darling Club. There are guys called "agents" hanging out in front of these clubs looking for tourist guys hoping to find the action. They will direct you or take you to the apartments. Those that visited recently, or are in Kiev now, get young girls of significantly more attractive phenotype. Probably more expensive, and not all of them are as accommodating. And by no means I question your preferences, as I am omnivorous myself.

There are younger females for sure at that keksik resource. Either way trial and error takes time in Kiev. Establishing connection with agency dispatchers or girls and their friends to source the talent with better probability helps. Otherwise it becomes single threaded, and prone to failures. You already explained how to identify agencies there. Cast the net wide, allocate sufficient time and money, then narrow down to those with better performance, and do not expect drive-through FKK experience from Kiev.

At the very least you provided resource to be tested, rather that explaining theoretical reasons why Kiev is terrible.

As for some inside information regarding the Apartments, on 3rd March at about 4 am, nearly all of them shut down at once. I could see this from my online status on Telegram. I checked with some locals hooked into the Kyiv scene, and it turns out that most apartments are run by one firm. During the COVID period they were breaking more or less even, due to the reduced amount of customers. Since running the apartments is admin and resource intensive, the firm chose to just shut the whole thing down and focus on other more profitable activities.

Only in the last few days have I seen new "apartments" start up to replace those that disappeared.

Finding apartments is easy peasy, just check online ads, any that have WhatsApp & Viber & Telegram are apartments. Indies don't normally bother, or just use one of those services.

I found Barcelona to be an awesome place for finding sugar babes. Spain in general is good hunting ground on SA. Berlin is another place where I found good bang for the buck. I'm tempted to visit Brazil. The reviews are looking great.

Odessa is tourist town and thus it is scam city regardless of what country the tourists come from. If you don't speak Russian it's that much harder. I found agencies to send old gals (retired strippers I imagine) willing to visit me. The young hotties are at the strip clubs milking the tourists.

From what I have heard, Odessa is much, much better in the summer than it is off-season. I have never heard anything good about L'viv P4P scene. Kiev is the best place to be the rest of the year. But even Kiev is difficult now for the short time visitor as many, many of the apartments are apparently shut down because of lock down or maybe lack of money flow because of the worldwide bad economy and lack of tourists.
