Taxi drivers are scumbag here, I agree. You need to haggle with them every time, they see foreigners as walking ATM and they always try to scam them. I always use Uklon to get an idea of the price for the route I'm taking and then I haggle with the taxi driver. For example if the fare is 70 grivnia and he asks me to pay 300 grivnia, I tell him that either he accepts 100 grivnia or I book a taxi with Uklon and he takes nothing.
