After reading so many reports about the incredulity of HunterDaves’s reports, I felt compelled to point out the obvious so each one of us can decide for ourselves whether his reports are truthful or it’s been generously embellished.

frankly speaking been a lot of times in kiev, in the visa time and not in the visa time (for eu citizens)... even got in/out on normal borders (car and train), frankly speaking the longest wait was 15-20 minutes... (a part the train approx 40-50 min but there there is nothing to do), also car, if you are not in a long queue with some strange person in the middle might be very fast.

i really prefer to put those 340 usd a a blonde tiny teen in my bed! :d

the only ee and fsu airports where the service might be of some use is moscow, when you get 747's full loaded of people from asia, generally china or japan it might take 1-2 hours, but it's really a random condition.
