I can tell you where I stayed, you wouldn't want to stay their unless your a veteran of Kiev. I guess I am a veteran, but the flat owners don't speak english and people that rented mostly for married men "flings" so no need for internet for example, even though I pirated WiFi from one of the flats in the building.
