Re accuracy of / placing trust in photos. So far I have never had a girl be anywhere near the photo. Maybe its different if you pay high prices.

The ONLY method is the obvious one, go and see them first, but this requires time and assertiveness.

You have a major disadvantage with this method if you are here for a few days, so play the lottery and call up and expect hits and misses.

If you are lucky someone who has already done the work may throw you a contact, depending on how nice / generous you are. I'm still a newbie myself, but each day contains many lessons.

First visit I extended her. Second time she was visibly irritated upon arrival, I thought it'll take the same course, but she was bitchy walking up the stairway, and entering my apartment. Firstly, thanks to PhotoSlider and others who have been tolerant to a newbie.

I took the ryanair flight, with pre-booked taxi (about 700 uah), and got a vodafone sim at KBP airport for 350 uah. I stayed at a cheap kreschatik hostel using booking com until I got more comfortable with the environment. That alphabet is pretty damn challenging! LOL!

Then I finally moved to a cheapish Airbnb, firstly nr Maidan Mcds, then to a more private one, near Klovska Metro.

Yes, you didn't understand.

Reading my original report carefully one would notice that I kept 28 girls and rejected 14. More than 42 were delivered and those 14 were in 9 deliveries. Therefore the resulting rejection rate was about 20%, every fifth, but admittedly still high.

High probability to reject resources with low quality, combined with higher than average order volume, and prolonged stay meant that to turn profit dispatchers were motivated to send me better girls. Kozerog reviewed the photos of my top 14 and confirmed. His reputation on this Forum speaks for itself.

The fact that candidates passing the initial curbside casting were paid right away while still in the taxi, before taking them upstairs, lowered the risk for agency / apartment, and made them more willing to do business with me personally, again increasing their inclination to behave.

Occasional lying still happened, but then my rejections were for the reasons I could explain in simple terms. Every new dispatcher tried to test the tolerated boundaries, and I firmly stood my ground with good sense of humor as my armor.

I didn't reject half, only about 30%. Over the last 12 months I ordered and paid for more than 100 individual girls. Dispatchers tolerate my persistence. Not sure if I am a good customer. I do not abuse girls. Certainly not the easiest, but I definitely bring cash into the systems accounts. My rules are transparent and consistent.

There was one more category or reason for rejection: late delivery and consolidation dispatcher lying to me, or mamasan lying to dispatcher, or delivery driver lying to mamasan.

Sometimes I didn't care about delivery taking an hour, sometimes I asked consolidation dispatcher when the fresh girls start the shift, and postponed the action myself. There were also times when I asked how long would it take, and clearly stated my cut off time / deadline due to anothe commitment. Since consolidation dispatcher didn't communicate with the delivery driver directly (it was done through apartment mamasan, or yet another remote operator assigned to this specific apartment), there were the usual stories about "traffic is aweful! Downtown is stalled; I'm telling you what they tell me". Another trick works like that:

- Dispatcher tells the customer (me) to get out and meet the girls in the car.

- Some of the customers (not me) take their sweet time getting out, while clock is ticking, girls aren't getting fucked, and profit is not generated.

- To avoid this, dispatcher notifies the customer before the actual arrival, stating the car is already parked.

- I get out of my apartment, look for the car, and ask WTF?

- Dispatcher knowingly or not insists that the car has already arrived "Where are you standing?

- Then I see the car finally parks, and go for casting the troops.

There is a chain with 3 or 4 links, lies are nothing to worry about, my time is valuable though.

Often delays are because of logistics, they drop off / pick up multiple girls on the way, and do not take the shortest / fastest route. On number of occasions I cancelled the delivery in progress. Dispatcher exclaims: "The girls is only 2-3 minutes away!" I explain that this has been said 20-30 minutes ago, and that by now I plan to pay attention to my girlfriend. Time lost for everybody, their revenue lost.

I always ask for the base address (their lingo for source apartment). Few times I sent via Viber the screenshot of google maps with ETA and highlighted traffic jams along the way end to end. They do not like that. Extorting truthful info along the chain is difficult.

The above are disadvantages of outcall deliveries to my curbside. I still prefer that over incall going to an apartment on my own.

Some dispatchers were obnoxious, even questioning what kind of VIP am I, why do I demand special treatment? I explain that I am not a drunk desperate sex tourist, visiting Kiev for the first time with few days only at his disposal. At first I was afraid to be blacklisted, but do not care anymore. There are alternatives in Kiev, always! Lately I didn't mind waiting half a day or more till lazy dispatcher ends her shift. Some cancellations were blessing, as I had other activities requiring undivided attention.
