By the way flats are not only around Bessarabski, where a guy takes the newbies by the hand and lead them to some private flats. You can find them also in Petchersk, near Olimpinskaia, Xreshatik, Maidan, Politecknichni institut, Plocha Lva tolstovo and some other places in Kiev in center or outside.
