From what I could find out upon reading your post is that the former owner of the hotel was embezzling everything and took off with it all. I saw numerous reviews where people (groups and individuals) got charged again when they showed up at the hotel.

If anybody used sites like Expedia, Travelocity, TripAdvisor and etc I'm sure that they will get reimbursed but many got ripped off. Most sites would not let me book rooms now but some did. I guess it's all a matter of who owns the site and whether they trust new management etc.

If I stay in Kiev, I still plan on staying there if I can since I know it's affordable, I know I can get laid as many times as I want to and it is very convenient location too.

The Lybid hotel seems closed? At least you can't even book it on their official web page any more. Does anyone else have recommendations with not ultra-expensive hotels but still have a good bar with nice girls in it?

Or even strip clubs real close by?

I say, I have never talked about money, just about a travel together. In the past ten years, I wrote about money for dozens and dozens times because girls started to discuss about money. There is even the option "sponsorship" in Mamba's search engine.

I prefer just to stay within the premises of our resort hotel. That's why I usually go for all-inclusive. I could possibly handle Brits, but not sure about Russians, if they confront me.

I typically go for pretty expensive hotels, and maybe those rowdy young men go for the cheap, as they are, lol. That could have been a reason why I have not encountered such problems so far.

But if anything, the hotel security should be there, I hope.

We'll be there in September, so I hope they will have gone home by then.

My girls have been typically faithful. I'm not sure if it's because they would lose their return ticket if they aren't, lol.
