The Lybid hotel seems closed? At least you can't even book it on their official web page any more. Does anyone else have recommendations with not ultra-expensive hotels but still have a good bar with nice girls in it?
Or even strip clubs real close by?

I'm an American that visits Kiev several times per year to see my kids that live there with my Ex. I'm planning another trip soon and my kids are asking me to just go straight to Odessa this summer instead of Kiev so they can have the summer holiday there instead. Any recommendations for Odessa beyond what I'm able to read on that board?
I'm also curious why I haven't seen any reference to either Hotel Lybid or the Star Bar on here? I've stayed there several times and it's very girl friendly. The dancers often work the hotel bar (open 24 hrs) itself to either get you to go visit them in the strip joint or for you to take them upstairs to your room. I've actually gotten a nice BJ in the hotel bar itself (weeknight late at night and basically empty). Some bartenders didn't even ring in my drinks and pocketed the money for themselves but that doesn't matter to me. Hotel has it's own currency exchange booth and several more right across the street too. Most of the people working there speak enough English to get by and a lot are fluent too.
Note: The dancers will ask you to buy them a drink and they will order top shelf too so watch that. Yana only drank Jameson's which was like 10 X my Bacardi and coke's.
The strip joint has it's own bar as well BUT even higher prices than the hotel bar. A small stage for the dancers and a private back room as well. I was offered services there many times but all the dancers wanted $200 to which I laughed. A few came down to reasonable money and they came upstairs instead. One was a very very cute blond spinner with an amazing body but just terrible effort. Only one of the dancers could have been considered GFE and only two would give a BBBJ since most insisted on covered everything.
I ended up making friends with the doorman since he saw me with a dancer or two and we started talking women. He has an agency that he gets a kickback from and all the girls were young and hot. All were under $100 too with most costing around $80 but again most insisted on covered services. Still a lot cheaper than the states for quality of the girl though.

Posts: 91North Cyprus Great Alternative To Kiev For Ukranian Cuties!
I aggree. The cover charge (includes 1 alcoholic drink, some snacks) and girls fee (includes room and condoms if desired) will be around 70 euros or so.
There are ukranians and moldovians that look great that you would feel lucky when called them through an agency in Kiev.
Plus you get to go the beach during the day!

I really hope visa free does not happen for Ukraine. It would create an insensitive for Western Europeans to find and sponsor girls if they could easily fly them to their homes cities. Up to now, it's just been the rich middle easterners. Add westerners to the mix and the whole culture is open to corruption.

North Cyprus is cheaper, less developed and visas are even easier. http://www.cypnet.co.uk/ncyprus/tourism/tourist.html.

Let's settle this once and for all to avoid all future confusions and to establish a common reference.
A 10 is Maria Sharapova 11 years ago when she was 18. She was a perfect 10. Now she's 29 and not a perfect 10 anymore.
By the way Riina, very astute analysis on visa issue. For our sake, let's hope Brexit will trigger more countries getting out of EU, thus more difficult for girls to go West.

Where do you get this info?
I think you're right. It's a good thing for us after all.
So in fact I've already re-arranged our trip in early September from Italy to Cyprus, which is an EU country but which accepts the Ukrainians with only online visa, as I understand.

My point is that I don't think Kiev deserves the shellacking it's been getting recently.

Every city has changed (and seemingly gotten worse) over time.
If you're not finding 9's and 10's is it because they aren't there, or you're not looking in the right places? I've found a few on each of my last few visits, so I'm finding this current wave of negativity very much at odds with what I'm seeing in Kiev. As always YMMV.
