Yes, in GIA, the Russian version displays rates in UAH. That is what I used. Why would you use the UAD prices? And yes, I was referring tot he starting prices or "discounts". The quality between them and the most expensive ones is essentially the same. The scale only goes up to 10, does it not?

I recently read the the mean salary in Kiev was 6000-7000 UAH. That is the mean, and includes a few reach people that raise the value considerably. The median is in the 4000 range. In any case, paying 500-1000 UAH is more than enough.

Finally, saving money is okay, but 50 USD or 100 USD probably does not make much of a difference to OUR lives. Most of us could probably pay 200 or 300 USD without much difficulty, but in that case, why not stay at home?

There are more important reasons to keep the prices at a reasonable level. First, I do not like to feel as if people take advantage of me I understand that I usually will have to pay a 20,30, 50 or even 100% foreigner surcharge, but enough is enough!
