I have done that before and this has been discussed before on here, the airfare from Kiev to Punta Cana for instance is usually at least $1500, way over my budget but then again I would save some money in flying all the out to Europe.

I figure $300 each in airfare for 2 girls for 4-5 days is reasonable investment. The accommodation does not cost me any additional money so all I'm paying is for food and drinks which most guys do anyways.

Now I see you prefer Apartments, there is a wide choice.

There is of course a budget airline flying from Kiev to Sofia http://wizzair.com/en-GB/Search.

Car hire is cheap in Bulgaria and its only under 4 hours by car from Sofia to Golden Sands. .

For Golden Sands the Airport is Varna. For Sunny Beach its Bourgas.

As I said you can do all these destinations easily by car and get a bit of variety.

I would also recommend Golden Sands in Bulgaria and not Sunny Beach. A safe compact country very reasonable and in fact the cheapest place in Europe for a hoilday.

Turkey and Israel are barren. These are not hobbying destinations. Israel is a fantastic vacation / tourism spot, but not for hobbying. Don't know about Cyprus.

If you want a beach too, the only places that I can think of are Pattaya, Rio, and maybe Cartagena (though the beach there is disgusting.) Surprisingly, you can often find Eastern European looking women there (it is Ukraine's most popular export!). In Pattaya, I saw one venue that was run by Russians for Russians, with absolutely gorgeous Ukranian women dancing on the pole.
