While sperms die quickly once they are exposed to air, they can survive for a significant length of time in a warm and moist environment (inside the mouth, for example). The actions you described seem to pose a risk of getting the girl pregnant in this regard. I'm not an expert in this field so I cannot determine the exact level of the risk we are talking about, but I would suggest that you take precautionary measures just in case.
