Once again: Statistics about the ukraine are not correct. Don't trust them.

Ukrainian people don't love to pay any tax. Most of the small shops in every city, even the small hot-dog places are not legal. They work without any legal papers. And if you rent an apartment. As long as you don't use the big companies. You can be sure, this business is illegal, too. People who have a normal job love to make money with another second or third illegal job. Or they simply steal things from their official job and make some "business". Ukrainian people are very creative if they want to make some money. Are all these illegal things included in the statistics? Certainly not. You do not believe that everything is going on illegally in Ukraine? Then you do not know the true ukraine.
